- Involve in the general administration of the office (well being)
- Assisting in accounting and book keeping related matters
- Management of all company licenses (safekeeping, renewal, new applications)
- Other office administration tasks
- Management of Directors’ schedule, appointments and other related matters
- Good command on Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Files and documents management.
- Basic accounting booking skill.
- Diploma or Degree in business administration, accounting, or with related experiences
- Team player and enjoy working with people from all levels
