Administrative Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Involve in the general administration of the office (well being)
  2. Assisting in accounting and book keeping related matters
  3. Management of all company licenses (safekeeping, renewal, new applications)
  4. Other office administration tasks
  5. Management of Directors’ schedule, appointments and other related matters

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  1. Good command on Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
  2. Files and documents management.
  3. Basic accounting booking skill.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  1. Diploma or Degree in business administration, accounting, or with related experiences
  2. Team player and enjoy working with people from all levels

Salary range:

Full-time · RM2,500 – RM3,000 / month
